2. Service & Cross-Border Jurisdiction Disclaimer.
Spiritual direction is a ministry focused on spiritual growth, discernment, and personal relationship with God. It is strictly pastoral in nature. Spiritual direction is not a substitute for professional mental health counseling, medical advice, psychotherapy, or legal/financial planning.
Cross-Border Delivery: All online consultations, video conference sessions, and spiritual direction services are initiated, managed, and legally delivered from our operating location within the United Kingdom, regardless of the physical location, time zone, or residency of the participant.

3. Intellectual Property.
Our Branding: "Ministry of Imagination", ministryofimagination.org, and “Christian Spiritual Direction”, christianspiritualdirection.org are proprietary identifiers of our international non-profit ministry. Effective from 2025 and 2026.
